30/10/2008 New Costumer / new orders:

VIBA acquires a new Customer operating in pneumatic conveying systems, waste transport and collecting systems, vertical pipes for laundry discharging systems: OPPENT S.p.A.. VIBA contemplates to manage the systems for waste transport: we offer technical support and engineering services, complete electrical plant, including software for PLC and HMI. We further offer to manage the pneumatic conveying system for Hospitals. VIBA acquires the order for a vertical pipe for a laundry discharging system. It is the first step in the building industry.

29/09/2008 Plant commissioning:

Gruppo Trombini: VIBA started up the software HMI for the existing Wet Electrostatic precipitator (EWK). Software developed on Wonderware Industrial Application Server.

28/08/2008 Plant commissioning:

Gruppo Trombini: VIBA started up the plant for preparation and dosing of glue in the factory Annovati, in Frossasco. VIBA developed software for PLC (PLC Allen Bradley Control Logics) and software for HMI (Wonderware Intouch). The plant manages the receipts and the dosing unit for all the components needed for gluing the wood particles forming the wood board. The system is provided with a database for managing of production and consumption data.

14/07/2008 New order:

Our Customer isCMC-Texpan VIBA supplies electrical cabinets and panels, software for PLC (Siemens S7-300) and software for HMI (Wonderware Intouch) to control one forming station for wood-board production. VIBA will carry out the commissioning of the software in Byelorussia.

28/04/2008 New Costumer / new orders:

VIBA acquires a new Customer operating in wood board and steel industry:IMEAS S.p.A.. They produce machines and lineas for board sending, steel sheet cleaning and polishing. VIBA supplies software for PLC (Siemens S7-300) and software for HMI (OP177 on WinCC, Wonderware Intouch). VIBA has started up the software in IMEAS workshops.

27/03/2008 New order:

Our Customer is CMC-Texpan.The Company produces machineries for wood board production. VIBA supplies electrical cabinets and panels, software for PLC (Siemens S7-300) and software for HMI (OP177 on WinCC) to control one dryer for pellet production. VIBA further supplies engineering and technical specifications for the drying unit. VIBA will carry out the commissioning of the dryer in Serbia.

25/02/2008 New Costumer / new order:

VIBA acquires a new Customer operating in the steel industry: Sider Engineering S.p.A. We supply electric cabinets, control panels, control desk and hardware components, software for PLC (PLC Siemens S7-400) and for HMI (Wonderware Intouch). To this day we have supplied a complete electrical plant to control a “vacuum degasser”. VIBA will carry out the commissioning of the software in Kazakistan.

23/01/2008 New Costumer / new orders:

VIBA acquires a new Customer, manufacturing machines and lines for cables winding: Cortinovis Machinery. VIBA develops software for PLC (PLC Siemens S7 / PLC Allen Bradley Control Logics) e for HMI (OP177 on WinCC). The commissioning of the machines to the final Customer will be carried out by VIBA. We have already developed three plants for lines to be installed in Jordan, United States and Algeria.

15/01/2008 Plant started up:

VIBA has started up the new wood chips cleaning plant in XILOPAN S.p.A. , an italian company that produces high quality wood panels, The new line includes chipper, chips cleaning system, storage, three flakers, suction and filtering system. VIBA has supplied control cabinets, PLC and HMI software as well as the electrical erection. Wonderware InTouch 10.0 was the choice for the HMI. The new system is easy to understand and manage, thanks to the fully automated management system. The diagnostic system make the plant safe and easy to maintain.

30/06/2007 Order acquisition:

XILOPAN S.p.A. , an italian company that produces high quality wood panels, will install a new system for cleaning of recycled wood. The new line include chipper, chips cleaning system, storage, three flakers, suction and filtering system. VIBA is going to supply control cabinets, PLC and HMI software as well as the electrical erection.

10/06/2007 Order acquisition:

Thanks to the results achieved by the Application Server installation in Annovati S.p.A. (Trombini group) VIBA has acquired an order from the same customer for a new system to be installed in the impregnation and resin preparation factory of Luserna, near Turin, in Italy. VIBA will supply control cabinets and PLC software for the exhaust treatment system and for the resin and addictives dosing system. The core of supply is the HMI system, based on Wonderware's Industrial Application Server and Intouch. All the production data will be available in real time through the Trombini Group's existing network.

15/03/2007:

FIS d.o.o., a well know company from Bosnia-Hercegovina (www.fis-bih.com), has installed a pellet production line. VIBA has developed the PLC software and the HMI software for the dryer. The software is completely localized.

23/02/2007:

Our PLC and HMI softwares (Siemens S7 and OP) are managing the dryer for wood pellet production in Mallarini's plant. The dryer is controlled through the constant metering of moisture using the EWS moisture control system. VIBA also developed the electrical project.

31/01/2007:

VIBA Acquired an order for production data collection and supervisory system for a complete pellet production plant installed by german group "Goppenstein". The system will allow all the data -including wood and energy consumption, pellet production, plant-stop statistics etc. - to be monitored from the german headquarter

31/12/2006:

VIBA, has installed and commissioned a moisture control system in La TiEsse, a well known italian wood-pellet producer. The system is installed on the dryer outlet and improved the production quality. VIBA developed the new PLC software which allows the operator to select between various modes of regulation. The supervisory system, developed with Wonderware's Intouch has been updated.

30/08/2006:

VIBA, has installed and commissioned in Geminati (Italy) a moisture control system for wood dried particles. The system has been manufactured by the German Company EWS and it monitors continuously the moisture of the particles at the outlet of a dryer for PELLET production. Software for managing and regulation of the plant (by PLC) and supervision (HMI) has been carried out by VIBA. Excellent the final result with regulations that keep constant the moisture of the particles, with remarkable improvement of the PELLET production quality.

01/08/2006:

VIBA will supply ANNOVATI (Gruppo Trombini S.p.A.) a new supervisory and data collection system. The application will monitor every area of wood particles preparation for wood panels production (from crushing to the storage of particles ready for the production). To accomplish that, 10 Allen Bradley PLCs and 3 Siemens PLCs will be integrated into an Ethernet. The network will be cabled using optical fibre. The network cabinet is supplied and designed by VIBA. VIBA has chosen Wonderware products (Industrial Application Server, Intouch View, INSQL, Active Factory) to develop the system. The customer will be able to collect all production datas available, to analize them through tables, reports and graphs. The data will be accessible from every station of the network or from internet.

15/07/2006:

The supervisory system for sanding line and for press exhaust treatment line is running on Annovati-Gruppo Trombini plant. The whole system has been developed on InTouch (by Wonderware) and has been integrated into the existing system. The graphics and the animations allow a better plant management, while the alarm comments are easy to understand and reduce the time needed for maintenance.

Our PLC software and our supervisory system, both installed on Siemens hardware, control and manage Geminati Pierino’s dryer for wood particles for pellet production. Thanks to its elevated automation, the plant is simple to use and doesn’t need a dedicated operator. All process data can be monitored and changed via graphic operator panel.
